My wedding is two months away and I'm panicking my dress may not fit! I got my dress about 3 months ago and the dress I loved at the store happened to be a perfect fit! No alterations needed and no waiting for it to be ordered... since I waited til the last minute.

Well I have been obsessing about my weight this entire time bc my dres is verrrryyy form fitting (Allure 9416). The bridal shop where my dress is over an hour away so I have not tried it on since. So I decided to compare my measurements to what Allure has online.... they don't match. My bust and hip are just right but my actual waist is 1.5 inches larger! I know I didn't gain that much since picking out my dress.

SO...

Is it possible the sample dress im buying is stretched out?

Or do I need to be prepared for it not to fit and pray they can let it out.

Has anyone had to have their dress let out...and how much $?

I purchased a sample dress, and my tailor recommended taking it out. It zipped up (barely) but looked very tight. Taking it out will cost about $200 because she had to remove the crystal belt and redo the pleats. I'm in DC, so things cost a little more.

I'm confused why you are concerned when you already know the sample dress you purchased fits you? Unless you've fluctuated in weight, I think you're okay!

I know we tend to worry about all the details as I do myself, but I don't think you need to worry since you've bought the exact dress in the photos.

    ETA: words.
