I just had my first dress fitting. My ( tight ass mermaid) dress is way too tight, it came up over my butt (barely) but it won't fasten in the back at all. I had a baby a few weeks ago, so I'm still up 20 lbs from where I used to be, and because we're 3 months out time is limited. I'm freaking out.
The attendant mentioned adding gussets, does anyone know how much this alters the dress and how labor intensive they are? She said they're expensive to do and I'm trying to keep the damage down. Also, if anyone knows about any diet and excercise regimens that are safe for nursing moms that'd be great too.
