I was considering selling my dress and getting a bigger size. The pressure of having to fit into my dress was really getting to me. I know I have 7 months to go but it seemed hopeless. Now, I’m super excited! I know I can do it!

    I did whole 30 for the month before my wedding. It was really tough, but I lost 20 pounds and didn't work out at all. It was nice to shed pounds just by changing diets. You will be just fine! Smiley heart
