Oh no! I cannot imagine the heartbreak. So sorry about the change of plans and that you will be parting with your beautiful dress. It is absolutely stunning on you. COVID has thrown all of us gals through the loop unfortunately. A few sites that might help you regain some money are stillwhite, preownedweddingdresses, nearlynewlywed, oncewed, poshmark, mercari, etc. i also love the idea mentioned above about preserving the dress for a later date - that might guarantee that you don't lose money and the dress will be all the more special to you when you guys have your dream wedding. OP, please be patience. When I and DH eloped, we were young and pregnant, we had no money, and on top of that it was economy crisis and a riot was happening in the country we lived in. We now are planning our wedding. Freaking 23 years later because of many reasons. I am over 40 and I wish I am still in my 20s or early 30s because I started to feel too old, and insecure about my look and body when I look at other young brides. What can I do, DH never asked until few months ago 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😔

How about having a photo shoot with you and your hubby in the dress before you sell it. Then maybe you can have something to remind you of it.
