Ive had this enangement ring since only May and last night i look down and my beatiful diamond is gone. I haave the lifetime warrenty from Kays, but its just the point.. I've been super stressed the past couple days and this just makes me even more bummed. Plus we are getting our e-session done...

Celticchick - that's what we used to do in the store when someone flipped a tray of melee (small diamonds). One addition to that is to rest the flashlight on the floor and move it back and forth - not only do the diamonds sparkle but they cast a pretty big shadow.

As for me I have a FH who hates pushy salespeople. So our area Kays is out when we get rings. MrsBraddock I hope you have a better experience when you go pick up the ring. Your engagement ring is the ring for your engagment photos there is no substitute.
