Music Playlist for DJ- how many songs?

Hi all! I am starting to fill out the music sheet for my DJ and I am trying to figure out how many songs we need to have listed for the reception music (dancing). I am thinking I want to have specific songs all listed out with some being must play. If anyone has their playlist done I would love to see it! Smiley smile

    At our DJ's request we provided about 25 songs and starred about 10 of those as "must play" for the dancing portion of the reception. We still want to give our DJ some creative leeway since he is a professional and also want to leave some time for guests to make requests.

    My daughter's DJ told her to submit 35 songs for a 4 hour reception.
