I came across something like this when I was looking for wedding songs. Song finch.com and https://www.vidamormusic.com/ comes to mind.
There’s another artist that does customized love songs but I can’t seem to find her page anymore.

This is going to be so unhelpful, I am so sorry, but I'm hoping someone remembers what I'm talking about and can give you the name.

There used to be this website where you could essentially pay independent creators to do any number of things for you. Some were artists, musicians, people doing kink stuff, like literally anything.

It was insanely popular on youtube and twitch for creators to go and find people to do these things for them. It was actually how Charlie Puth got his break. If someone remembers what this was and if it even still exists, please let OP know as I do more digging.

Fiverr is also an option, but I dont think its specifically what Im thinking of.

Edit: JK it is Fiverr. Seems like they've really rebranded as music only now.

Are you looking for an instrumental song or one with words? I chose an instrumental version of a song I loved by Paul Hankinson on YouTube. I’m pretty sure he records songs since the videos are dedicated to certain couples. Worth an ask anyways.
