MUA advice, think I look like a clown

You need a new mua. The brows are definitely too dark, and I think the eyeliner under your eyes is too harsh. I think you need a slightly darker lip and a little more contouring. It doesn't look bad, but there is no "wow" factor.

I agree with previous posters. I think you should find a new MUA. You're a gorgeous woman and I don't feel like this MUA played to your strengths! Giving this person a second chance will likely end with a similar result.

@joRocka nailed it. It's just not a polished look. I would try someone else. You don't look like a clown but I think you'll be happier with a different look
