Mother/Son song for a mother and son who don't get along.

Best advice I think would be to forgo doing a Mother/Son dance altogether. If they don't get along, forcing them to dance would create un needed tension and stress on your important day.

I'm in the same boat! For appearances sake she is DEMANDING the dance and we know it'll be less painful for him just to dance for 3 minutes with her than deal with the drama that will insue if he refuses. But he doesn't want a song that's a total lie about what a great mom she is either and all she means to him. We are leaning towards "I'll always be your mother" because it is pretty much the mom saying she is happy for the bride and groom getting married and she will still always be his mother. here is a link to the lyrics and a video of an actually rather creepy mother son dance to it! haha
