Not sure if you wanted to do this, but the dance could also be a tribute to your dad.. you could play Dance with my Father by Luther Vandross. But it would be a sad song and probably be very emotional for you and your mom so not sure if you would want to incorporate that in with your wedding.

Omg all of these suggestions are about to make me cry! My favorites are In My Daughter's Eyes by Martina McBride (that's the one I was going to suggest when I first read your post) and I Hope You Dance (LeAnn Womak is the version I love). I think the ones sung by a guy's voice would be weird for me, just because it's mother-daughter, but it probably bothers me more than other people...
