Yeah diamond is definitely not something I was because of the blood diamond issue and because of price however I do want a universal stone that matches with everything such as opal but doesn’t break so easily. We were totally set on opal til yesterday haha!

My center stone is Moissanite! All pros, no cons. It’s gorgeous, like an eighth or tenth the cost of a diamond this size, and I’m not supporting the ridiculous inflation of the diamond industry. The other stones are diamonds but that’s just how the ring had to come.

I love my moissanite and get compliments almost daily from friends and strangers! My fiance went to a local jeweler to purchase this ring. We could not be happier with our decision to choose moissanite!

My fiance googled where to buy moissanite in our area, and this particular jeweler was one of a few! It is a father and son business, so they took the time to really help find the perfect ring!
