Anyone have experience with a MOB at a lingerie shower? My mom really wants to come so I invited her, but I'm a little nervous that it might be awkward...

I'm not Lorelai Gilmore, so this would be a no go for me! I don't even like finding thongs in the laundry, LOL!

My question would be why do you want to watch me open lingerie with friends? For me, it would be super awkward and a hard pass.
I'm sure it'll be fine. I think it depends on your relationship.

My mom and her friends would be a riot at it. But that's just my relationship with all of them. She may not go though just because she wouldn't want to intrude lol idk depends on the relationship

My Mom has a phenomenal sense of humor, but I think she'd decline. She declined the "more tame" bachelorette activities too, like Sunday brunch.
I once hosted a "Pure Romance" party, for a friend who was selling it, and Mom declined that invitation, in half a second.
