Mini-moon V.s Honeymoon

We’re doing both, but only because we have to delay our honeymoon for a couple of months so we still wanted to do something before/around the wedding. We’re doing a minimoon to Miami a month before the wedding and possibly a night or two weekend getaway after the wedding since the wedding is over Labor Day weekend.

We will eventually do both! Doing a mini moon for 2 days in the Finger Lakes in NY right after our Friday wedding. I have to report to work the following Tuesday for trainings and getting the classroom ready. We havent decided on our long honeymoon yet, but that will probably be next summer once school is out. We are thinking either Disney World, or we might go to Italy for a few weeks!

We are doing both. We will be going to ocean city for a few days then plan on going to disney next year. I cant wait for our mini-moon. That's our second home.

We’re doing both, we had originally planned on going to LA...But now we’re gonna do a mini-moon to Disney & try to go to Bali in a few months. Neither of us have passports yet & it was too big of an expense to do with such a short engagement

Mini-moon only! We don’t want to spend a ton of money. We’re renting a cabin in Maine on a lake. Just a few hour drive, so we don’t need to pay for flights. We’re spending 4-5 days there just to relax and unwind after the wedding!

Mini-moon RG Key west for a few days and hopefully a full blown honeymoon next year to Italy!

We are doing both. We actually booked a cruise about 2 months before fh proposed and it just happened to be a month after our wedding. We got a super great deal which is why we booked it in the first place. That one is an eastern Caribbean cruise. FH and I decided to do a 12 day Alaskan cruise in July 2020 for our honeymoon since he doesnt get a whole lot of time off work and we are using up everything he gets this year already.

We are doing both! We are getting married in October and are honeymooning in Ireland’s. Unfortunately, fall in Ireland’s rainy season, so we have to put the honeymoon off until the spring. So we are doing a minimoon right after the wedding to the mountains.

Doing both... not sure where for the mini moon but most likely Europe for the honeymoon. People tell me that July isn't the best time to visit Europe if you don't like crowds and overpaying so we are putting the honeymoon off until October.

After dating a few months we went on a mini vacay weekend a couple hours away.
We're thinking of doing a very similar repeat next year before the wedding.
So I'll call that our pre-wedding mini moon.

Then we're going on a honeymoon almost a month after the wedding.

We are doing both but FH doesn’t know. I plan on taking him on a surprise mini moon during Memorial Day weekend (we’re getting married at the end of April) and then we may do an actual honeymoon later on in the year depending on funds

Both! A full honeymoon to Panama for our one year next summer and a mini moon in October by accident! Lol. My parents decided to have a vow renewal so we are just extending that vacation into a mini moon and a pre birthday celebration for me after their festivities end in Hawaii.

We will be doing both! We are both professional dancers and our season starts the same week as our wedding, so we will do a mini moon the weekend 8/9-8/11 in Dallas then do our honeymoon cruise or whatever we decide after September 19 (our fall performance). I have yet to let FH know this since I just found out myself lol

We want to plan to do both, but will at least absolutely be doing a mini. FH and I want to do the mini right after the wedding & then in a few months do the regular honeymoon so we can be a little less tight on the budget for the wedding & honeymoon with them being spaced out like that

We did a mini-moon due to budget & no more vacation days. So happy we did! Our DW resort was gorgeous and we were way too exhausted to jump on a plane for Europe after our wedding.

Our plan is a cruise following the wedding and then Japan a year later!

We are doing a mini-moon. And it will about 3 hours from our home to a family owned cabin that is on a beautiful lake. It'll more of a vacation with us and the kids because we have 3 kids and no one will watch them for longer than a few hours.

We’re also doing both!!! Since we’re paying for the wedding ourselves (no credit card debt, or using our savings account, or loans to pay back). We decided to have a mini-moon first. We’re getting married December 14th, 2019. We’re going to Florida for four days. Then in April 2020, we’re taking a 10 days cruise to Hawaii.
