We’re having a mimosa bar at my bridal shower. My friends and I are big champagne drinkers. Get fresh squeezed juice (it makes a big difference) I’ll have orange, pineapple, watermelon, and maybe blood orange or grapefruit. A strawberry, raspberry or blueberry purée is a nice touch too. I would also do fresh fruit. Often we will have frozen strawberries or blueberries to keep or drinks cold (we do a lot of mimosas! 😂) You could also consider having liquors like chambord, Cointreau or even vodka. Look on pintrist for inspiration, there are a TON of champagne cocktails! Good luck!

You could mix cranberry and orange. For a cute touch you could add a strawberry slice on the edge of the champagne flute

Mimosa bars are my favorite. Any party I host or one of my friends host we include it. This is the small one from my bachelorette weekend and we used Orange, Tropical passion fruit and strawberry lemonade. We did one for my bridal shower too which were all three juices plus pineapple. The fruit is always the best part after you let it sit in the mimosas its the best at the end! I love mimosas in general and when we go to breakfast I also get one recently I tried a blackberry bramble mimosa and on the same menu they had a cucumber mint mimosa and a few other ones but I don't remember what they were. Mimosas are fun and go with pretty much any juice!
