We are having a dessert bar with two flavors of wedding cake plus an assortment of other offerings which include cannoli, macaroons, pies, and strawberry shortcake shooters. I know I want the heading to say "Dessert" followed by "Vanilla Raspberry or Chocolate Mousse Bliss Wedding Cake" in the description, but I am not sure if I should list every other item or simplify it by saying "assortment of desserts". I don't like the use of dessert in the heading and again in the description. Any thoughts for a formal setting and menu card?
