First time posting! I have a question about action stations. I've been going back and forth on having an active wok station during our buffet. It seems from other discussions that they are usual done doing cocktail hour. I just thought a wok station would be really cool, i love fried rice and noodles and its additional food for the guest. What's your opinion?
Wok station includes oriental chicken, hoisin marinated pork & vegetable stir fry with fried rice and soba noodles
