CONTEXT: the wedding is in 10 days, my FW and I have paid for the entire thing ourselves (except for a tiny bit of help from a parent just recently as a gift), and we are both recent college grads. I have done 90% of the planning myself. The stress is real!

I am looking for reassurance that I am on the right track. We did a tasting, which went just fine. It is just that my FW and I both have very picky tastes and so we picked food that we like (and tried to add in what I think other people like). Now I am panicking, and wondering if people are going to starve at the wedding because I have awful taste in food.

Here's the buffet menu:

Hors d'ouervres: loaded potato skins, antipasto skewer, fresh fruit display table (available during dinner as well), cheese skewer

Entrees: roast beef au jus, italian herb baked chicken

Sides: pasta salad, red skin potato salad, kaiser rolls, mostaccioli

Can anyone provide reassurance or advice before I go and email the caterer with changes that we probably (definitely) cannot afford? Is this a reasonable menu?

Thank you!

The only thing I MIGHT change is swapping one of the carb heavy sides for green beans or a lettuce salad. Other than that everything looks great!
