Menu cards...do we reallyyyyyy need them?

We are omitting ceremony cards and only including 2 menus per a 8' table like this:

We're skipping programs, but having our buffet menu options printed at the table settings. We have a lot of options so we wanted to be able to list out options and ingredients for dietary and allergy purposes.

Skip the menu cards. The caterer should provide cards by the food to indicate what ppl will eat. If you have someone that can do your programs for free, go that route. If not, ppl who follow along just fine.

We just found out that our venue actually prints off menu cards for free. They weren’t advertised and I only found out after talking about ordering them in front of the wedding coordinator. It wouldn’t hurt to ask your venue. If they don’t and you want a menu card and also to save money, do a double feature by combining a menu and table number in one. Place two per table instead of per seat.

Menu cards yes unless you get the food everyone is going to eat pretty ordered for each guest and have the seating charts made according to whomever is eating one particular dish and sides and the other side seated for whatever else your going to have served
