Memorial walls

That's really cute! We didn't think about making a memory wall-- it's too close to our ceremony to start any new projects (we get married next month), however, it's an idea for future events to have a spot for our loved ones that are no longer with us!

Love it! I bought something similar at Hobby Lobby and we used it for pictures of us at our wedding.

This is so pretty! We are having a memorial area with a bouquet, candle and sign.

What a great idea! I have been trying to brainstorm ideas for a memorial space... I might have to make something similar!

That is good idea, will be doing something different ( multiple things for memorials) first we will be lining the isle with pictures of past on relitives. Then my sister and nephew will have 2 seats that will be in memory of them. We will be having both my man of honor and matron of Honor walking down the isle both holder their bouquet and boutonnière and placing them on each of the chairs with there pics on it. Then between the ceremony and reception someone will move the pic that are lining the isle to a special bench for our loved and missed ones. As well we will do having a memorial slide show that is for my sis and nephew. My sis and nephew were tragically taken from us in dec and both were huge parts of our life and big part of our wedding we know that doing so many things will bring up so many raw emotions but with out them here I could not see doing so much to honor them. Maybe it’s me just trying to fill the empty hole these two have in my heart. But would not have it any other way. This wedding is more than a celebration for us but a time for our families to come together after such a tough lost.

I planned on having a memorial set up but wasn’t sure how i was going to present it. I love this idea!

I am going through with the same situation my sister and niece who was only 15 taken away tragically recently. Nothing is the same since. I am doing everything I can to make sure they are part of my wedding.

I had charms made for my bouquet Even though we are having a courthouse wedding I have a sign for them to reserve their seats and will put two white balloons
