Hi everyone!
I’m meeting with my day of coordinator for the first time this weekend at our venue to go over everything! I have a Pinterest board ready and all of my vendor contacts so far, but is there anything else I should come prepared with? What else would be helpful for her?

One thing ours asked for is a list of vendors with contact information and a list of “important” people such as our parents, children, etc with phone numbers.

Did she give you anything to fill out? Ours gave us a template to fill out with almost every detail of the wedding. Dates, timeline, ceremony details including the order of procession, important names and vendors, etc.

Maybe make a list of specifics in regards to decorations (ie guestbook placement, if you have any personal pictures that should be placed anywhere, etc.)
