Hi Ladies
Just wanted to get some input on the main entrees we’ve decided on.

Steak: Tuscan Filet - roasted garlic lemon Parmesan crust red wine pan sauce
Chicken: Chicken Cote D’Azur - stuffed with fontina prosciutto and pesto balsamic tomato sauce with balsamic reduction
Vegan/Vegetarian: still haven’t fully decided on this one… If anyone has opinions or ideas feel free to throw them at me! Was thinking possibly some sort of eggplant dish.
Fish: we have the option to do fish as well as the beef chicken and veggie, but it’s going to up all the plates an extra two bucks. Do you think I need a fish or is it prob not worth it? My main thing is that I just want everyone to like the food.

I think the chicken sounds delicious also. But again, that steak Smiley love haha. Stuffed Portabella would be a great option for a vegan dish. Have you asked your caterer what a popular choice is for vegan dishes? They might be able to suggest a couple of things as well.

Yeah, they gave me a bunch of suggestions that go over really well with the vegans but I don’t know, I’m such a meat eater that a lot of those dishes just didn’t sound hearty to me Yeah, they gave me a bunch of suggestions that go over really well with the vegans but I don’t know, I’m such a meat eater that a lot of those dishes just didn’t sound hearty to me haha. My family is Italian and Greek American so with that said you can imagine what comes to mind when thinking about vegan meals lol I think I’m just gonna ask my vegan friends straight up what they want, I know it’s not really the most proper etiquette but at least I will know that they’ll enjoy the meal

Man, how will they be able to choose. The beef and chicken option sound amazing! Maybe you could do egg plant Parmesan for the veggie option.

I agree with everyone else - skip the fish. Some people have issues with beef and pork (in the chicken because of the prosciutto), but they can eat the vegetarian dish and it'll be fine.

Of course! I know, if I wasn’t so into meat I might actually get it!
