I'm not getting married in May but i do know depending on your county in PA will determine the number of people allowed at an event. If you are in the red no large groups (i believe above 10) can be together. Yellow is no groups bigger than 25 and Green i believe is somewhat normal with cdc recommendations/health and safety plans in place.
