Have you thought about looking into some large Airbnbs in your area? Be sure to check the filter that will show you properties that allow events to be held. If you found a property with a spacious garden, it could work perfectly.

Thank you guys so much!! We actually decided to bump up at $7k and were able to book a venue for $1800, and use there decor shed (full of rustic country decorations that we got see, and is exactly what we wanted) for $300. So that saves us a significant amount of money ourselves. Right now we pricing out caterers but so far Mission BBQ is the cheapest at $1450. We already chose our photographer and DJ, $1k each so we are well within our budget! Thanks so much for your help!

The remaining things were have to find is a hair stylist, day of coordinator, and cake baker - if we decide to do a cake. We’re going for the 3 tier display with a small cake on top and donuts on the other tiers. Or we may just do a desert bar instead of cake to further save money.
