I’m a very light sleeper as well and I don’t notice anything! I’m really glad he got it because he said he feels like he has more energy during the day and gets less headaches.

He's a very light sleeper and does have insomnia so sometimes I wake up to the light from him playing on his phone, so I could see the benefits, but we just are big cuddlers I could never imagine not having him next to me all night. He is a firefighter who works 24 hour shifts so we still get our alone time in separate beds when he's at work. So there's a balance I'd say

It's always awesome when you find a balance.

We don't sleep in different beds, but we definitely have two comforters, a his and hers type thing.
