Hi, we live in Queens but will having our wedding out in Long Island at our venue.... where do we apply for our marriage license? in City Hall Manhattan? or in queens... or the town where we get married?

I would call the county clerk for where you are getting married to find out.
The NYC license *is* a state license, but I believe it is specifically for the city. The county clerk for your venue's location would be your best source of information.
As far as I'm aware, though, it would have to be the town you're getting married in...
