Managing vendor stress

Don’t forget that there are two sides to every story about those reviews. If one particularly is really bothering you then I would ask your vendor. You need to feel comfortable with them and I’m sure your vendor would like the opportunity to explain their side, since obviously posting it online would be unprofessional. Opening up that dialogue would hopefully help you feel more confident. Good luck and I’m sure everything will be fine!

I understand your feelings. It can be difficult to trust these people with such a special day. I've had to stop myself from sending a lot of pictures to my florist because I was sending A LOT. At some point, I told myself that I'm just going to have to trust her. She does this for a living, knows what I want and will give me beautiful flowers. I think something to remember is we are all human and mistakes happen. Just like we make mistakes and have bad days in our own jobs, so do these people. As long as the majority of reviews are good, you should be fine!

I think you're good as long as the positive reviews significantly outweigh the negative. As PPs said, there's two sides to every story and sometimes reviewers don't tell the full story
