Male Bridesmaids (AKA Bridesmen)

I have 2 bridesmaids and 2 bridesbros I call them haha The guys are wearing the same thing as the groomsmen and I'm not having a bachloerette party. They'll get ready with me but I'm sure they'll just show up in their suits and already be ready.

I'm having 2 bridesmen (one will be my man of honor) and 1 bridesmaid. FH is having 2 groom's maids (his sister is his Moh) and 1 groomsman. We will have a joint bachelor party.

I want my guys there with me while I'm getting ready. But I'm also not shy, nothing they haven't seen in a bikini. Can't imagine drinking pre wedding champagne without them.

Guys on both sides will wear the same tux but different color ties, pocket cloth and boutonnieres.

Don't have a clue what we're doing for our ladies yet tho.

I have a bridesman and two bridesmaids. He's wearing a nice dress shirt and tie to coordinate with the BM's dresses. FH also has a girl on his side but she decided to wear a suit like the rest.

As for the bachelor/ette parties, we'll probably end up doing something co-ed and low-key with me, FH, and the whole party.

I think you can do it however you want! I'd definitely go co-ed for the shower and bachelorette party, and just make them fun friend events!

Your bridesmen can either match the groomsmen or switch up their colors and accents to coordinate with the bridesmaids.

It's opposite, but my FH is having his two grown daughters in his party. We are calling them grooms maids. But they will be wearing a tux (we bought them so we could alter the shit out of them to make them more feminine) and they are getting ready and taking pre wedding pics with FH. However, I offered to also pay for their hair and makeup with my bridesmaids before hand. They are invited to my shower/lingerie party also. We are doing a coed bachelor/ette party with family. It will be more like a pre wedding gathering with alcohol! Lol

I had two male and two female bridespeople. We did everything co ed and I let my friends wear whatever they wanted. I offered shaves, mani pedi and make up but no one took me up on the offer. I got them gifts that were unique to them as well.

My mom had two bridesmen and one bridesmaid and the guys just wore the same thing as the groomsmen and looked handsome as ever!

I only have one guy with me, my best friend will be my Man of Honor. He's wearing the same tux as my FH's guys but with a different color vest and tie, and a different boutonniere. He'll get ready with the other guys too, and hang with us girls when nobody is getting changed, and when he's comfortable doing so. It's up to him whether he wants to join in on any showers or bach, but we're not planning a trip away so there shouldn't be any issues there. As for gifts, I'll just pick something I know he'd like, the same as I will for my bridesmaid. No bridesmaid shirts or robes or other things they wouldn't use again.

My best friend will be my Bridesman. He'll be wearing what the groomsmen wear. I gave him a choice about the shower and he (logically) declined. For gifts, I'm doing "make your own bento boxes" of candy from Sugarfina. I haven't decided what to do about getting dressed but I was thinking about having him join us half an hour before the ceremony so we can hang out for a little bit at least. 2 of my bridesmaids don't know him so it would be a little weird to get dressed with him there.

I’m in the same boat! I’m going to have my maid of honor (female) and 3 bridesmen (plus maybe another female bridesmaid if that makes sense styling wise), how did you style it for photos etc? My FH is going to have 4 groomsmen so the bridal party is just me and my maid of honor and a bunch of dudes. Help!
