Making own Program Fans

So I had Office Depot print out our Wedding Programs (125) so we can attach popsicle sticks and have them used as fans since it will be hot on our wedding day. I have used a double sided Adhesive Roller,but seem to be running out rather quickly. Any suggestions?.

This is a great idea
I checked out some guides online about making program fans and they suggest glue tape (which you’re already using!) or a 2-Way Glue Pen.
How did the wedding programs turn out? Do you love them?
