I'm having my hair and makeup professionally done. I probably could do it myself and it be fine, but I'd rather trust in the experts who know how to make it last and work well in photos. My great grandmother used to say "it's your face, not your a*s" (in a heavy Italian accent) in reference to taking care of your face, so I'm taking her mantra into my wedding! Haha
