Makeup artist woes

So I’ve been searching for a makeup artist for months! I’ve had two trials so far with two separate artists and though they did a good job, it just wasn’t for me. I came across an artist’s page on Instagram recently and love her work from what I see! She works with three other artists under an umbrella group — so I reached out of course! Stupid me, I apparently emailed the group email address not realizing and I honestly thought I had been in contact with the girl who I wanted, but i’ve been speaking with someone else😩.

I went to the other girls page to see her work and since I am a woman of color and so is my bridal party, that is who I look for on anyone’s page. There is maybe 2 spanning the past two years whereas the other girl (who I want) has at least two a month.

I know I should just request the girl who I really want availability BUT I am so awkward about these things lol. I don’t want to offend anyone or come across as being rude or something - I don’t know!! Any suggestions on wording for my response??
