Make up and hair concerns

Hi all! I did my hair and make up trial and I’m a little torn about what to do day of the wedding. My fiancé was saying she might like my hair straight versus curly, but I’m putting florals in so I think curly is probably better just to have the volume. I’m so torn about the make up. The ring pic has a filter but usually I just wear eyeliner and simple concealer + powder. I feel like the contour and eyeshadow are a lot. The make up looked a little caked but it might just be because I’m not used to much make up. I want photos to look good and have it hold up through the night. I’m also a big blusher so heavier make up might be better. So confused about what to do! Thoughts?

    I think your hair and makeup look beautiful. Your hair will likely need some body if your are doing flowers in it. And the top of your dress is gorgeous!

    I like the hair and makeup. Your dress is very whimsical, so I think straight hair may not match the vibe of your dress, but ultimately it's your decision about how you want to wear it.

    I like the natural look you look gorgeous. What hair accessory are you going to wear a hair clip, tiara. Headband?

    Your makeup look great! I would definitely go with some curl in your hair in order to help hold the flowers!

    First off, the neckline of your dress is GORGEOUS! Second, I think your makeup looks great! It honestly looks natural and not overdone at all. I think you're just not used to seeing that much color (which really is not a lot) so it seems overwhelming to you. It really looks so pretty. I agree with your hair though, you'll more than likely need some kind of volume/texture to help hold florals in place.

    I too think if you're going to wear flowers in your hair, some curls/waves will really add to the look and you will need the extra volume.

    I agree, The curly hair would be more suited for floral add-ins and it just makes everything flow together. As far as makeup goes, do what your comfortable with. If you’re not a heavy make up wearer, minimize what you’re uncomfortable with, and maximize a different part. You mentioned you don’t like a whole lot of eyeshadow, maybe minimize that and go with a slightly bolder lip. You’re gorgeous, you’re dress is stunning and congratulations on the wedding and your to-be bride 💕🥰

    Your makeup looks more than fine! It photographs really well and that's what you want. I agree your hair needs body to hold the flowers. I think the eyeshadow is subtle based on the first picture.
