You guyyyyys!!! We’re 14.5 months out but by the end of the weekend we’ll have Video, Photo and DJ booked and deposits down!!! It’s getting real!!! Where are all my September 2020 brides at in the planning process?!

Not a September bride but yay that’s awesome!! It always great to plan early. Sometimes it will save money before the yearly price increases!

Woohoo! We have our DJ, photographer, venue and I think the catering booked. We just had a tasting this Wednesday, I just need to email the coordinator to let her know. We have to have one the approved catering companies from the venue, so after the tasting the coordinator takes care of the rest!

That’s awesome! We have venue as well we had to book that in March as they were already limited for fall 2020 and we have a meeting with a potential caterer in 2 weeks that our venue recommended!

Oh that's awesome! I think what really sold me on this caterer was that they said they can do late night snacks. I want the grilled cheese bar and my FH wants a S'mores bar. I think we can do both though after looking it over.

That's amazing! We're in similar shape - our venue/caterer, cake, DJ, videographer, photographer, and florist are all booked. Next up is dress shopping and hotel blocks. We were able to snag 2019 rates by booking early so we're saving a lot of money, which we're thrilled about.

I'm Oct. 2020 and already have booked with deposits: venue, photographers, DJ, caterer and room blocks! Our officiant doesn't require a deposit, but we've 'booked' her too. All I need to do is book flowers, and I've already started that process. We're not doing a videographer or a cake. Instead, we're doing mini desserts with our caterer. We wanted to get everything done as soon as possible. I'm also nixing the dress and wearing a white jumpsuit that I still need to get some alterations done to it.
