Major help needed (bra options for backless dress but small breasts)

I spent 2000 on a designer backless gown. The front has a plunging neckline and after altering the dress my boobs still look horrible. I need to have some super underwired padded support but everything so far has not worked.

Kristina, 4 sets of cups (oh my). Now let me ask this when you all say have cups sewn in what are you actually referring to just a breast shape foam padded thingy or actual bra cup with wire, I have not been able to find wire cups anywhere. Im half tempted to go get my dress and drive to Kleinfields in Georgia and let the Russian alterations lady do her thing. She just cuts with scissors while girls are wearing their dresses with no hesitations, i bet she could do something . If my next appointment does not go well with all these cups I have, Im going to Kleinfields or buying a new dress one. Thanks to all who said I looked good in the dress, but in person my boobs look so flat and the dress is not flattering.

The cups I'm talking about are just the boob shape foam ones - no underwire. An underwire doesn't do anything for volume, it's more for support for bigger chests! I think you need to talk to a different seamstress. It should be super easy to make the fix you're wanting, but for whatever reason your current one can't get a handle on it.

Let your seamstress adjust the upper bod to make it fitter. Get cups sewn in, then wear a pair of the fakeababy silicone huge boobies (a lot of celebrities wear this) or their silicone bra inserts if you just want an oomph.
