Lost my receipt

Alejandra, on June 21, 2013 at 6:34 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11

I lost my receipt for my wedding dress from DB and I'm kind of freaking out eventhough deep down I know it's ok, right??

I ordered my dress so they will be calling me when it arrives. Do I need to show it? I'm just disappointed bc I have a wedding binder and a place for receipts but I never even put it in there :/

I picked up my gown without having to show a receipt. They just asked for my name and wedding date and handed it over to me. They have the record of the purchase, so all is good. Breathe...

Like Jen said they keep a record of your purchase, so you should be fine.

BUT just in case i would try to contact the store and see if you can request a reprint of the receipt. I like to be on the safe side and maybe they can give you something for proof of purchase, just to be on the safe side.

I had to show my drivers license to pick up. I only neededd my receipt when I exchanged my first dress for a different one.

You won't need it. I picked up all my BM dresses without it

No you don't. I just went in, I think they may have asked for my drivers license to verify it was me.

You shouldn't need it to pick up the dress. I ended up needing mine to exchange the first dress for a different size but from what they said they could have done without it....it's just more difficult.
