So I've gained quite of bit of weight since I started High School because thats when I really started to get stressed and I stress eat!!! Well I have about 6 months till my wedding and I would love nothing more to lose some of my stomach weight thats where all the weight has went. Any foods or...

So I've gained quite of bit of weight since I started High School because thats when I really started to get stressed and I stress eat!!! Well I have about 6 months till my wedding and I would love nothing more to lose some of my stomach weight thats where all the weight has went. Any foods or exercises that really focus on my stomach??

    My advice would be to get someting like a Fitbit and use the exercise and calorie tracker. The amount of calories you take in is obviously VERY controversial, you can always ask your doctor. I used my Fitbit and lost 15 pounds by getting my 10000 steps in every day and eating within the calories allowed. My friend, however, was very concerned about the AMOUNT of calories I was eating (which varied depending on my activity level). For me it was the QUALITY of food I was eating. I was never hungry and felt amazing. The most important thing is to MOVE, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER and eat LEAN, CLEAN & GREEN.
