I just purchased and paid for my wedding dress at a bridal salon this past weekend. I am reconsidering my dress choice and reached out to the sales person I worked with to see if she could provide any options for me.
She rudely said the dress was already sent out for production. No consideration of my situation or feelings. At this point I do not want to give this bridal salon my money.
Has anyone gone through something similar and been able to get a refund, although they state sales are final?
