Looking for a Ceremony Only Venue

My FH and I are having a small wedding (50) have already booked our intimate dinner at a local restaurant with great views of the ocean in South Portland. We are now in the hunt for a ceremony space. I would prefer something nice indoors so we don't have to worry about set up and break down of chairs outside, weather and a sound system but will be flexible if I have to. We are not having a religious ceremony. I fell in love with The Press Hotel but it seems it can't accommodate ceremonies of our size. Help?! We are struggling and Google and not been our friend!

P.S. I forgot the important info. It is on Thursday June 30th 2022.

We were originally going to only have the very simple ceremony at City Hall with our parents, my grandmother and his siblings and their spouses followed by the dinner with the whole crew, but have since changed our minds.
City Hall could still be an option if it reopens and holds that number of people.

Well, I just heard back again from the Press Hotel and our email correspondence got a bit twisted and they can in fact host a ceremony for our guest count. They just could accommodate a ceremony and reception of that size group.

What a whirlwind of an hour! I am so relieved! I hope it works out. Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately, I heard back again after my initial contact spoke with her Sales manager and they already had my date booked (Thursday, June 30th, 2022). I am heartbroken. Back to the drawing board.
