Wow! I agree with a PP who said you should notify your venue of this recommended caterer's behavior.

I agree - you should definitely ignore him and just keep going without his negativity! But I would also notify the venue and forward them the email he sent you because the venue's reputation gets tarnished when their recommended vendors act that way. That's unbelievable.

I would add his email to the reviews for this "company" and save other brides their time. At least he didn't take your money and then do some crap like this later on down the road. Sis he did you a favor and now you can keep it moving.

Got this today! Reason I said these reviews aren’t accurate because the business is able to dispute even tho you can clearly see the email from them!
