How would you interrupt this email? My original email was “can you provide me with a menu because I haven’t received it?”

    He's a jerk who doesn't deserve your business! Obviously he's "super important" and can't be bothered to court a paying client! Girl, move on and consider this a bullet dodged!

    I would not reply. Leave it as is. I don’t deal with negativity. I would just go ahead and hire a new venue. You don’t want to keep them, are you? There are many other venues.

    Wow. Just unreal. What a rude, inconsiderate person. If that’s a taste of what your dealing with then I would avoid that. I can’t believe it, honestly.

    This was one of the venue’s recommended caterers. The venue gave me a list of 4. I will not tolerate things like this. At this time, in this type of business you would think there would be consideration to a bride.

    Yeah he is definitely ridiculous and if you are THAT overwhelmed with $10,000+ per wedding you definitely have enough money to pay someone to respond to emails and inquiries because your customer service SUCKS

    I would post this on Yelp! Also, if this was one of the venue's recommended caterers, your venue should definitely know about this because they may want to think twice!!

    Lol definitely do not do any business with them. They lost a customer. Especially with weddings, I feel like who you choose for your vendors is so important because they will either make the process easier or harder
