Your best bet would probably be to go with a county park beach because private beaches could charge a lot. https://www.longisland.com/long-island-parks-and-weddings.html here's the list. My personal reccomendation would be Meschutt beach (if you could do close to sunset time, the sunset here is always amazing) and then Cowfish in Hampton Bays for dinner! This might be too east though, depends where you live on the island!
