Location Ideas???

Hello! I’m trying to plan a destination wedding in Europe and would love some suggestions for location(s) and or venues. We were originally hoping for a beach wedding, however Europe has so many gorgeous places that I would settle for a lake or any body of water. Coming from Texas, we’re looking at Italy, Spain, Greece, and possibly the Netherlands. Does anyone have a suggestion for a city where we can fly into easily, that can accommodate 100 guests, and offers great wedding packages or deals? Thank you in advance!!!

    I'm not sure how easy you can fly there as I have only been by cruise, but the Isle of Capri off the coast of Italy is one of my favorite places! The whole island is a mountain with beautiful bright colored buildings and you can see over the ocean for miles!

    Great question- I don't have a particular budget for venue (since I'm hoping to find a wedding package). Overall, we're hoping to spend 20-25k for the wedding. Do you think it's possible in Europe?

    Portugal has stunning ocean views and architecture; castle hotels; incredible food; and great weather. Stay away from the southernmost part as that has a lot of British-English influence and therefore feels less authentic.

    We've already been to Portugal for two other weddings. Smiley sad But YES I agree with everything you're saying! Maybe I can find another part to go to......

    Its been a while ago now, but sometime in July or August. The weather was beautiful. Definitely not too hot.
