Didn't think about those! Hoping that other ladies can use this as well.

Since you mention table numbers, I assume you need escort cards or a seating assignment board.

Also, any cake servers/forks for your first bite. Also toasting flutes if you are doing that.

Gaffers tape, 2-sided tape, scotch tape, stapler, tacks, pebbles or water beads for the vases, a ladder/step stool...

Make sure that you actually NEED all of these things. For instance, you might want to get one of those pretty cake knife/server sets, or toasting flutes, or whatever... or you might think that's a total waste of money, and that's fine, too, 'cause surely, your caterer should provide those things for you.

What's the ceiling situation? Do you need to provide lighting in any form?
