Went to a bridal expo yesterday and saw liquid nitrogen ice cream for the first time. Has anyone else seen this? It was so cool! Kinda like Cold Stone in the fact that you can add mix ins, but they all use the liquid nitrogen to freeze your ice cream. You can choose between soft serve/regular ice cream with this method. And it was delish!
Best of all, I was totally shocked when I learned the price was $75 for set up, and then $3 per person (with a 30 person minimum). Considering I was budgeting $4/person for a sweets bar, I thought this would be a perfect option!
