Lipsense or...?

What lipstick would you recommend for the wedding? I'd like it to stay on the whole time and not transfer or come off when eating. Is LipSense the best? Or would you suggest a different one? What did you wear?

This is "roseberry" lipsense, what I will be wearing.

I love lipsense and it is the only thing that literally stays on all day for me. For me personally, it is not drying at all because the gloss keeps me feeling moisturized. I can't top the other liquid lipsticks with gloss because it makes them transfer. I am mixing Bella and Praline Rose!

I'm not doing a long wear lipstick. I hate that dryness, plus the ones that are long wearing tend to have limited shades. I have been searching for the perfect color and comfortable wear, so I am using Estee Lauder.

I'm using lipsense. The color does stay on. It makes my lips peel a couple days after. I heard its part of the lipsense detox, but I can't verify that. You have to re-add the gloss. To me, lipsense is worth the expense.

@FutureMrsDeShong Jeffree has made repeated racist comments and used hateful rhetoric with only shallow apologies issued afterwards. You can learn more here: http://bit.ly/2iB9mEQ (one of many articles about one of many instances) I am not comfortable contributing financially to someone who lives with that kind of hate in their heart.

If you're looking for a more affordable option that won't dry out your lips, I HIGHLY recommend exploring the Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede collection. All the BMs wore #045 at a wedding I was at recently. They looked amazing and never had to touch up!

I have no experience with Lipsense, but at my wedding I wore the Sephora Cream Lip Stain. It did a great job of staying PUT.

I never heard of Lipsense until I came on here. Why is anyone paying $60 for a start-up kit (lol wut) for LIPSTICK? One that dries out your lips too? Why tho?

You can purchase a tube of Chanel hydrating lipstick for $37 at Nordstrom.

    Wut is going on? LOL

Not interested in anything that makes my lips peel.

ETA: and even LESS interested if the product makes profits for a racist.

I enjoy lipsense! I am planning on using one of their colors for my wedding. If you drink plenty of water, wear it consistently, and gloss a couple times a day it becomes less drying. another suggestion from my distributer is to use just the gloss before going to bed to assist with hydrating your lips.

I wore Stila Stay All Day liquid lipstick in Patina. That's my holy grail liquid lipstick. I also really enjoy Smashbox Always On and Wet n' Wild Liquid Catsuit.

For me, Lipsense is just OK. I had better luck with the lighter colors, where the inevitable fading isn't as obvious. I've tried two colors: a dark plum color (sorry, I don't remember the name), and Caramel Apple. Caramel Apple works way better for me. I like that you can put a gloss over top of Lipsense without smudging the color (and it can be any gloss, in my experience. You don't have to pay for the Lipsense gloss). With any other liquid lipstick formula I've encountered (and I've tried LOTS of them), a gloss over top makes the product smudge. But the burning/tingling I experience when I apply the Lipsense color scares me.

Oh, I forgot to mention that lipsense has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This goes as far as to the bottom of the bottle and can get your money back if you are not happy with the product

Oh man, now I want to try everything! I LOVE your selfies, everyone looks beautiful! I guess I'm worried that after a few hours it will fade and I won't know, and will look a fool haha! I don't want to be rocking that patchy look where parts are dark and parts are your natural lip.

ETA not cool with the racism, thank you for letting us know.

I will probably wear lipsense. It lasts better than anything I've ever used, but I do find I need to touch it up after eating. Maybe I need to be more consistent with the gloss!
