I think if you just put them in a bowl, container, box, whatever with a cute little saying next to them people will take them. Maybe like "Our love is the balm" as mentioned above.

Great suggestions from previous posters!
Perhaps you could have one large sign with a cute saying, and then you and your FS names, and/or wedding date on the actual balm packaging?
