Has anyone recently used Lily & Lime for there wedding? If you have can you post your experience please.

    I am using them on Saturday for videography. So far they have had excellent customer service by email and phone calls!

    I used them! Our wedding was on October 12th and we just got our full gallery a few days ago. They were awesome! I have no complaints and the pictures turned out amazing! I'd be happy to tell you more if you have any questions

    Lily & Lime have some excellent previous couple reviews on their WeddingWire profile! They also won a couples' choice award in 2019 which is awesome Smiley smile

    This gives me so much peace of mind!

    I just wanted to know someone that had a recent experience with them. I tried going on the profiles that do the reviews and they only had them booked. I was starting to think it was a bad choice. Thank you for taking the time on replying.

    No problem! I was skeptical too, but I was that way with most of my vendors, lol! But really, they did an awesome job. And they give you all of the pictures to download with your package, you don't have to purchase them in addition to the photography, which was a big deal for me. The only thing is that the pictures won't have the editing in the free downloads, but the photos are amazing and didn't need it. You can always purchase a few edited ones if there are things you want fixed! Also, we had the 8 hour package and we got over 1700 photos!! Good luck with your planning Smiley smile

    I chickened out. I saw a bad review on here about them and cancelled our photography. We kept the videography package. I agree with everyone else in that they have great customer service.

    I would not use Lily & Lime. We had to postpone our dream wedding due to COVID-19. All of our vendors were extremely accommodating and understanding. Lily and Lime have been anything but-- it is very clear that they only care about taking an already grief-stricken couple's money.


    We don't even have a photographer assigned, so it's not like we would be imposing on a human being. I would stay far away from Lily & Lime.
