Liability insurance?

Usually you have to get liability insurance for protection against anything that might happen in terms of injuries or physical damage (because of you, your guests, your vendors) on the day of your contract. Say, your DJ knocks over a big amp that damages a wall or chips stonework belonging to the park... The damages would be covered under your policy so you are protected (from having to pay for repairs out of pocket), and since the park is "additionally insured" it is protected as well (from being required to repair damages that it did not create). This is especially important in cases where alcohol is being served. I've had buildings that I moved into require liability insurance from my moving company that names my building as "additionally insured", it's pretty standard to protect against any damages that might occur.
