Our reception space -- I have not yet seen where we will hold our ceremony.

Here's our venue! It's a cute cabin restaurant with gardens and a small pond outside. There's lots of space and is really open where guests can wonder outside and even eat outdoors if they choose too! Thought it would be perfect for our intimate 40 guest wedding. Also the owner is really accommodating and will cook any recipe for us for the dinner!

Oh my goodness! If we had a place like that in SW Florida I'd be booking there!!!!!LOVE cabins and outdoors!

The main thing that did it was our Christ centered wedding. Since the moment we got engaged we kept reading scriptures of God joining a couple and the main one that touched our souls was two becoming one. As I entered the white historic house I instantly saw a book shelf with bibles opened to scriptures and one of the scriptures was that same one! As I made my way to the restrooms a full wall written in chalk was there and on one side it said two becoming one. We instantly felt that God was telling us this was our venue. We also wanted to have a tree with a swing on it and I had been praying on this for a while because most venue had restrictions. God was so good to us that as soon as i looked to my left side through a tall wall glass window, there it was a beautiful swing full of lights hanging from the tree and vinery all over the ropes. I also wanted grapes and vinery and in the main center before the reception there was a huge tree full of vines and small grapes I was super excited. What also did it for us is how they had all the components were looking for including greenery, white church house, reception, and full walk ways around the whole venue for pictures and guest to not be back and forth from ceremony to reception. Another bonus was having two bridal suites and a gorgeous room for the men with a hidden door leading to another room. I couldn't find pictures of the second bridal room which had makeup and hair stations with gorgeous floor to ceiling mirrors and glamorous chairs to get ready on and lounge sets for bridesmaids to sit on and individual vanity sets around the room for them to get ready in. I was astonished by all the beauty.

Ours includes an amphitheater, which we plan to have the ceremony at, and a reception hall right across the little street. It's in a state park.
