I want to see future brides' engagement rings! Is there any significance of your ring? Share below!

We went with a moonstone center and diamonds surrounding! The meaning behind it would be that my FH's astrological sun sign is my moon sign. I've also always wanted a diamond center alternative, and I thought the versatility of the moonstone was beautiful! The designer is Heidi Gibson, I love basically all of her ring styles, so it was hard to even pick this one haha.

Loving the alternative ring choices! To each their own, but I wanted something that was way more “me,” and I’ve never been into diamonds - or anything sparkly and faceted for that matter!
I had a ring specially designed by someone local, with simply onyx, pearl, and tourmaline in a rose gold band. I love it. And I really don’t care what anyone has to say about the lack of diamond or pricey stones!

I don’t think anyone said that your ring wasn’t meaningful. Everyone’s engagement ring means something to them, diamond or not. Diamonds don’t necessarily represent love and purity to everyone. Often diamonds are a status symbol used to make other people feel inferior, so some of us with alternative stones just because we like color, or we think the stone represents whatever. Diamonds are pretty. Gemstones are pretty. No one is putting down anyone. Grow up.

I know this is a little old but just got my ring. It's lab created, so it still has the chemical make up of a diamond just ethical.
