Leaving the Reception

We are currently planning to leave for our Honeymoon the day after our wedding. Curious if anyone is changing dresses before leaving to avoid having to deal with your wedding dress that night and trying to leave for your honeymoon the next day.

    We're leaving for our honeymoon 2 days after the wedding. We're doing our send-off on my FH's motorcycle. My dress is a mermaid style dress so there was no way I could wear that on a motorcycle. I'm change into a jumpsuit that has an over-skirt with it for the send-off! My mom will probably take my dress with her.

    I didn't leave for mine immediately after but I also didn't bring anything to change to before I left but that's a good idea. Wedding dresses can be cumbersome

    Good idea, that is one of my thoughts is to have my mom come pick it up from our hotel
